Each Home-Based Daycare begins with a Lead Teacher and six children upon opening. This initial group consists of three children under the age of two and three children between the ages of two and five. Once full licensing is obtained, the daycare can accommodate up to ten children at a time, with four under the age of two and six between the ages of two and five. At that stage, two teachers provide care to ensure a nurturing and structured environment.

Some daycare homes are designated specifically for infants, per licensing requirements. In these homes, there are eight children under the age of two, with two teachers providing attentive care. Preschool-focused homes serve ten children ages two to five, with a curriculum designed to support early learning, development, and social skills.

Each home is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and familiar environment, allowing children to feel safe and comfortable. Some homes have a lead teacher living in the main portion of the house, with the walk-out basement fully dedicated to the daycare, including a fenced-in backyard for outdoor play. Other homes are fully dedicated to daycare, meaning no one resides in the space, and the entire home is structured specifically for childcare.

The daycare setup ensures a clear separation of toddler and infant areas, providing age-appropriate care and safety. Full-size cribs and toddler beds are used for naptime, with all bedding kept on-site and washed weekly. For children aged two and up, a structured learning environment is provided to encourage early development. Licensing inspections take place twice per year, ensuring that each home maintains the highest safety and quality standards.

To enhance security and oversight, each daycare home is equipped with a live-feed camera system, allowing leadership to monitor daily operations and ensure the well-being of every child in our care.
