• Must be Infant & Child CPR Certified or willing to obtain

• Must be safe sleep certified or willing to obtain

• Must have 2-3 years experience working in early childhood

• Must have a current Walk with God 

• Must have clean appearance and bubbly personality 

• Must be willing to go through fingerprinting thru DESE 

• Must be independent and be able to self manage

• Must have a good communication skills
