Infant & Toddler Homes

At The Midwest Playhouse, we believe the earliest years of a child's life deserve the most loving care. Our Infant & Toddler Homes provide a warm, home-like environment where children from 6 weeks to 2 years old receive individualized attention, meaningful learning experiences, and plenty of love throughout each day.

Unlike a traditional daycare center, our licensed homes are intentionally small, allowing our teachers to build strong relationships with every child and family. Through nurturing interactions, play-based learning, daily routines, and a Christ-centered approach, we help children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively at their own pace.

Each day is filled with age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, language development, sensory exploration, music and movement, outdoor play, and opportunities to discover God's love through kindness and everyday moments. Our caring teachers celebrate every milestone—from first smiles and first steps to first words and growing independence.

As children approach their second birthday, they seamlessly transition into The Midwest Playhouse Learning Center, where they continue their educational journey in our preschool program, already surrounded by the same values, curriculum, and caring team.
